SMS Terms of Service
How BioBylt Labs uses text messaging, and your rights when you opt in.

1. Program Description
BioBylt Labs offers text-message communications to help you manage your BioBylt Labs membership and care coordination.
Depending on what you opt in to, messages may include appointment reminders, clinical follow-up prompts, shipping and
delivery notifications, payment reminders, support communications, and (if you have opted in separately) marketing or
promotional offers. Messages are sent by BioBylt Labs LLC and, where applicable, on behalf of the Provider Group.
2. Opt-In and Consent
You opt in to text messages by providing your mobile number and checking a consent box at enrollment, by texting a
keyword to one of our shortcodes, or by otherwise affirmatively consenting. You may opt in to different categories of
messages separately (for example, appointment reminders versus marketing). Your consent is not a condition of
purchase.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on the categories you are opted in to, your interactions with our services, and your care
plan. You may receive multiple messages per day. Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile
carrier for your messaging plan details. BioBylt Labs does not charge additional fees for participation, but we do not control
or reimburse carrier-imposed charges.
4. Opt-Out
You can stop receiving BioBylt Labs text messages at any time by replying STOP to any BioBylt Labs message. You will
receive a final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages in the category you opted
out of. You may continue to receive messages in other categories you remain opted in to; to stop those, reply STOP to a
message in that category or contact support. You may re-opt in at any time by replying START or by updating your
preferences through your account portal.

6. Supported Carriers
The BioBylt Labs text program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages. Certain carriers or plans may not support the program.
7. Privacy
Information collected in connection with text messaging is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in
data, consent records, or phone numbers collected for text messaging with third parties for marketing, except as
necessary to operate the text-messaging program (for example, with our aggregator, SMS platform, and supporting
service providers) or as required by law.
8. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in our text program after an update
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
